Columbia Humane Society is a no-kill animal shelter located in St. Helens, Columbia County, Oregon. Volunteers provide thousands of hours helping our animals while in transition. We provide shelter, food, and TLC inside the Holsheimer-Lamar Animal Shelter for cats and dogs while they wait for a forever home.

Columbia Humane Society is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We rely on your Membership, Donations, small grants, and FUNdraising Events to provide shelter and care for hundreds of dogs and cats each year. We do not receive funding from any national or state animal welfare group or government agency.
